This grid-connected system is integrated into the roof of the spectacular new south railway station and consists of 5200 CIS photovoltaic modules from Würth Solar with a total rated capacity of around 390 kilowatt peak. The modules are installed on the right and left on the approx. 300m-long self-supporting roof. In addition to generating power, the GeneCIS modules in the ceiling also fulfil another function: they shade the interior and thus help reduce air-conditioning costs (WÜRTH SOLAR).
